Introduction	Am a traveler who do not expect to arrive at "my" supposed destination since the journey in itself is already a gift. In this journey, I have won several awards: 6 awards from the Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature (Cebuano Fiction, Television Play and Dulang Ganap ang Haba); an award from the Cultural Center of the Philippines for Playwriting; and, two awards from the Arts Council of Cebu Foundation, also in Playwriting. I have also been privileged to enjoy the following writing fellowships: the Dumaguete National Writers' Workshop, the UP National Writers Workshop, the UP-Visayas Panagsugat Writing Workshop, the Hollywood Pitchmart Screenwriting Workshop, the FPJ Screenwriting Fellowship, and the Cornelio Faigao Writers Workshop.
