Introduction	I'm an Army Brat (Army dependant, dad was regular Army). Grew up during 3 separate postings in Germany..from 1st grade until late in the year 1967 (my 20th birthday). Things that shaped me are; travel, returning to Grandfather's farm between postings, living in rural Indiana on a hobby farm at one point,and Art School. Being a mom. Retired financial services manager, working at moving to Tn. (with daughter and her hubby)26 acres..landscaped already..in my mind! I have my "virtual" courtyard garden planned..photos attached to my blog..I was a "back to the land" gal in the mid 70's. Did all of it..gardening, canning, orchard building, horse, pony, rabbits, dogs cats. Divorced, moved to Florida, had a career in the Financial Services industry. Remarried. And now, at 64, planning to do it again. Wonder if I'll have as much energy! It'll be fun to find out!

Favorite movies	I LOVE Christmas themed movies shot in dark colors with NYC as the background (like "You've Got Mail")..I don't know why!
Favorite music	Tennessee Folk music, folk music (including Blue Grass), 50's and 60's rock and roll, 80's rock and roll, foreign dance music (tango's, cha cha's, etc.)and many movie sound tracks..French love songs..
Favorite books	Suspense, mysteries, cozy mysteries, historical novels, etc. all the classics,
