Introduction	I decided to keep a detailed blog of our adoption journey from the very start, to some degree for my own records, but mostly for other parents who desire to adopt. I jumped into adoption because it was a deep desire and a decade-long dream of mine, but not fully knowing what to expect. My purpose in writing all that I’ve written here is to inform you of the tasks, time commitment, and costs of adoption, and by doing that, to help assuage some fears and uncertainty along the way.
