| Introduction | Jenny is a graduate student in Geography at the University of California, Los Angeles. She writes and researches on the interactions between local and global food systems, agricultural land use change, and the culture and politics of environmental conservation and development. She has conducted fieldwork in Rwanda, Ethiopia, Japan, and Los Angeles. She really likes finding edibles that grow wild, making foods from scratch, viewing landscapes from the air, and coming home. |
