| Introduction | I am working on leading a group of friends on a New Year's Healthy Start in 2013. I will be blogging to help promote positive lifestyle changes. I will be working on different blogs to keep things separate. I have one that is focusing on health and exercise, and the other on the basics of how I keep my household functioning while staying sane! |
