Introduction	My Parachute has 5 colours - and that is how I organize my life to some degree. Yellow is the colour I've designated to my career - and learning within that sphere. In a sense, this is my "Yellow" blog. I've completed my CERTSL program at the University of Saskatchewan and am now teaching LINC at the YMCA in Calgary. I'm excited about both sides of this career - the teaching and the learning, and I'm grateful to the many people who have come alongside me on this journey! I've always liked a "unit study" approach to learning, even though they take more work to pull together. I believe that putting the "nitty gritties" of grammar, pronunciation, and the other major skills will make them more interesting and more retainable!
Interests	Reading, knitting, crocheting, FAITH,learning, being a grandmother, gardening, friends, family, travelling, blogging...and in no particular order after Faith.
Favorite movies	Fiddler on the Roof, Hidalgo, Captain Jack, Shall we Dance, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, Sound of Music,
