Introduction	We live in Alabama and have been married for 13 yrs. When we began this blog, we had one 7 yr old son, Grant. You will also see on our blog our sister Tiffany who also lives with us and is a big part of our home. This blog is a journal of how our family traveled to Ukraine in 2008 and adopted Inna at 10 yrs old and Vitali at 4 yrs old. Why we chose to adopt from Ukraine? We had a desire to add to our family for several years and in the summer of 2006, we believe that the Lord began to show us His plan of adoption for our family. We were not even thinking of adoption at the time yet the country of Ukraine was constantly put in our path through so many different ways. We also began to have a burden for the orphans there as we became more aware of their situation. All of this led us to pray and ask God if it was his plan for us to adopt and from there? We asked God for a specific confirmation and He did just that. That is where this journey began.
