About me: After serving 20 years as a minister with Metropolitan Community Church (a queer Christian denomination) I made a UU turn and spent 13 years as the settled minister of All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church in Colorado Springs, CO. The trajectory of justice-seeking, inclusive, affirming ministry has led me to New York, NY to be the clergy leader of the New York Society for Ethical Culture. This is a secularly founded humanist religion where we believe and embody "deeds above creeds," and seek to elicit the best in others, thereby finding the best in ourselves.
