If you were a pirate, how would you avoid laughing when saying 'poop deck'?
I would write a story so horrific and terrifying that had to do with poop that I would never want to say the word again. Instead of laughing when the word was said or I was forced into saying it, I would run screaming. I wouldn't be a very good pirate, though...
