| Introduction | I'm a USC student majoring in business with an emphasis in information systems. Some of my interests include sports, video games, new technology and poker. I love playing a variety of sports and I recently got interested in golf. I just love being outdoors with a beautiful field and scenery and having a friendly competition with some friends. I also wouldn't mind beating my dad, but that's beside the point. I also love playing poker, especially if I'm winning. Poker can be such a simple yet complicated game filled with strategies--much like the game of golf. I guess what draws me to these activities is the competitiveness of both. These activities can also bridge the gap between generations. With Tiger Woods dominating in golf and the World Series of Poker gaining so much attention, golf and poker is attracting more of the younger audience. Maybe I'll start a blog about my poker experiences as well. |
