| Introduction | I was born on Monday, December 13th, 2004. Since I entered this world 8 whole weeks ahead of schedule, I had to spend 4 weeks in the hospital while I learned how to breath on my own, regulate my body temperature, and coordinate sucking, swallowing and breathing at the same time. Sure, it was hard work, but mommy and daddy visited me everyday and gave me lots of love and support. People ask me if it was worth the early arrival. I tell them that I just couldn’t wait to meet my parents and start our new life together. |
