| Introduction | I was born in 1980 in France. When I was a kid, I started preparing Christmas gifts for everyone in June.I was so excited about having to make all these coat-hangers, scarves, painted porcelain cups... with my own hands that I could not wait until winter came. I just loved creating stuff. However, as life is full of surprises, I chose to pursue business studies and specialized in marketing. I worked for 2 years in marketing development and I loved it! Then my husband got an interesting job proposal in Phoenix, so the 2 of us moved all the way out here from France, and it was not long before our baby boy was born. My husband was working but I did not have a working visa: perfect time for me to take out my sewing machine, paint brushes and stapler! I wanted to make stuff for my little Martin and also for all the babies that suddenly seemed to be popping in our friends' families. I wanted to create personalized, unique gifts. People started telling me to sell the things I was making. So here I am now, 28 years old, mother of one, expecting another, and starting a little on-line boutique.I want to share my experience on this blog. |
