Introduction	just writing to learn more about myself -- not so unusual when you think about it. we're all over-stimulated by this revolving door planet, and this blog is my way of making sense of it all. it's my 'one thing only" on a desert island, so to speak. if I'm not here writing, it's because I'm busy running or reading. I run outdoors year-round (keep in mind this is Canada) and I'm a voracious reader and love to share what I've read.
