Introduction	I retired after a good life working as a musician. The visual arts have always attracted me like a magnet, beginning working with clay after I left school. About 8 years ago I left ceramics in favour of the more "gentle" arts. I belong to a group of 5 wonderful friends"The Very Stuff" named after Stephen Beal's book of poems about colour, and we work very closley, supporting each other artistically and other ways. Our first exhibition together will be at the end of February this year.
