| Introduction | Trace - to follow, discover, or ascertain the course of development of something; or; An indication that something has been present. Of course, we all use trace paper as a means to layer information and gather ideas quickly. We will do just that; compile ideas, events, and notes to create a concise but valuable information tool for our college, university, and broader community. We intend in every way to have this be an instrument to further develop CAED into a more integrated, cohesive, and developed group of designers. We will begin to learn more about each other, our professors, and even alumni. Beyond this we have every intention of making our presence known university-wide, exposing our events, activities, and talents on a broader level. Zine - a cheaply printed magazine published irregularly by amateurs, esp. one featuring images and ideas reflecting unconventional thought. We encourage input, feedback, and involvement from anyone who might stumble across our zine and hope that our publication can be a source for inspiration, thought, and sharp opinions. We print both physical copies and keep this running blog for immediate updates and reader responses. |
