| Introduction | ムラヤマ美智子 Yoga Teacher Ayurveda Healing Consultant 90’s初期まで身体表現を軸とした舞台活動。 子育て期を経て、５０代目前にヨガクラスデビュー。 以来、時空を超えて先端につながるこの古代の叡智の素晴らしさに惹かれ、日々精進中。 Ex.シュクラ／ハラジュク主宰[2010-2015] 国内外の講師を招いてのWS開催、企業イベントでのヨガパフォーマンス演出振付、「Yoga as a 'cancer gift'〜がんサバイバーの為のヨガクラス」等々、ヨーガコミュニティやイベントをプロデュース。 ヨーガとアーユルヴェーダを学び実践受け伝えしながら人生と魂の旅を続ける日々。 HIKARU[Under The Light yoga school], Emil Wendel, Munindra Panda, Master Sudhakar[Vanakkam Yoga School], Dr.Krishna U.K[Japan Ayurveda School] 各先生方に主に師事。 The first encounter to the ancient wisdom seems to me a photo of Nataraja (Dancing Siva) in the book of Ballet philosophy which I saw in the days of early teenager. Then both the era of engaging in dance performance as a creator/artist as well as spending all the time and energy on raising child are certain practical experience of Yoga for me. Now while teaching students in diversity from teenager, senior people, cancer survivors to athletes with lots of passion in health care of balancing the integral existence of human being, I continue study the classical Yoga with joy and lots of respect and gratitude under wonderful teachers. |
