| Introduction | My name is Amy Jones. I am getting married to a marvelous man on August 21st, and I am on a weight-loss journey! I joined Weight Watchers on May 13, and have attended faithfully each week (although I have not necessarily faithfully listened to what I have been supposed to be doing). My initial weigh-in was 168.4 (8.4 pounds into the unhealthy range for me). My goal for the summer is to be under 150 pounds on August 21st. That would be a great accomplishment for me. My ultimate goal is to weigh-in at under 140 pounds (and if possible 135, but I will be uber happy if I get to 140). So this is a 2010 summer weight-loss challenge through my eyes. |
