Introduction	What is there to say... I've been around Tri for years. I'm good at Sprint's and useless at Ironman. Finally on my 6th attempt I finally put together a decent Ironman finish (9:40 at Florida 2009) and qualified for Hawaii 2010 where I finished in 10:26. Now I'm heading back to Florida where I'm aiming to go faster than 2009. It's possible, but can I get the pacing right to do it?
