| Introduction | I am a "former fat girl" who has learned that health and fitness are a good thing, not a pain in the rear (well, ok, sometimes it hurts, but it's good pain!). I love to scrapbook and hang out with my friends. I have discovered that I also love to jump out of planes...skydiving is the most exciting thing I've ever done. I'm going to be featured on Big Medicine, which is very exciting an very intimidating at the same time. I try to be a good friend and to be someone that people can count on no matter what.
