| Introduction | I'm Jana, born in Mississippi in 1967 to military parents I've traveled all around the world, parents divorced when I was 2, both remarried when I was 3, both having sons the next year, so I have 2 -1/2 bros who don't know each other! lol My dad remarried a woman in CA with 5 kids who he legally adopted. So by the time I was 4 I had 7 bros & sis. I stayed with my mom mostly but also lived in 8 foster homes until 18. 2 weeks later I joined the Navy. Had an honorable discharge in 1987 and began driving truck. 10 yrs later I became a foster parent, my home stayed full for 3 yrs-with 17 children! I then adopted a sibling group of 4 bros. ages 2,4,6 & 9 Life was full, way more than I imagined! I began homeschooling the boys following adoption & we were living life! Now 2 boys are home, which is on wheels since we are a FOTR! We enjoy new adventures, people, places not things. We have family in 15 states & friends in most others! So just keep in mind, "all that wander are NOT lost!" Hope to see you along the way. Welcome to our journey on the blog. :) |
| Interests | I am interested in my boys & new ways they discover their world! I also enjoy great conversations with others who inspire me to grow beyond the boundaries I've allowed to be created in my life and that have boxed me in. I am fully interested in living the life of most peoples dreams. As a co-worker said once to me "You soar where others merely waddle." That made me smile, and still! |
