| Introduction | I am an officer in the Air National Guard and am a law student in my free time. I am on yet another (not the first, not the last) deployment to the Central Command area of responsibility (North Africa, Southwest and Central Asia). My primary responsibilities involve weather forecasting for mission planning and tracking weather features that may affect ongoing operations. Unfortunately, I rarely leave the Operations Center except to sleep, eat, or PT. Mostly, I'm a staff weenie, REMF... a FOBBIT. My troops get to do the really fun stuff. Forgive me if I forget myself and use military lingo that is unfamiliar to most people, but Google is your friend. I am married to a beautiful medical student and we have a very very fine house with two cats in the yard. |
