| Introduction | I am currently a student at SUNY Farmingdale studying Aeronautical Engineering. I also attend the Aviation Academy of New York and am studying to obtain my commercial pilot license. I have a passion for flying and am still just as fascinated of airplanes as I was when I was a child. I am adventurous and like to live life on the edge. I love driving fast cars which explains my numerous speeding tickets. I also enjoy building custom cars in my free time.I am a part of a cultural dance team. We perform and compete in competitions across states and have also competed in Canada. I also strongly believe that there is no greater source of satisfaction and happiness than service to people. Therefore, I have been a volunteer firefighter in the Roslyn Highlands Fire Department since the past two years. Being a firefighter is a great honor for me and teaches me to live and love every moment of my life. I enjoy firefighting because it makes me feel proud to be serving my community and it gives me self confidence to move forward. To sum it up, my mother's attempt to teach me not to play with fire and practice safe driving habits was an extreme failure! :-) |
