Introduction I'm just a country gal at heart, who enjoys the outdoors/nature. As a teen I would walk 16miles to get out of the city, & an additional 6 miles to see horses! I was 7 yrs old when I saw Secretariat win the Triple Crown, and I've been addicted to horseracing every since. I've even bred/raised/raced/my own horses. I can say my horses have NEVER had an illegal positive drug test and NONE of my horses have ever been injured bad enough to be vanned of the track or euthanized! Horses in my care never race if not sound enough! Also, the pic I'm using here is a pic of the stallion I once owned (and miss terribly). His name is Cat Ridge, son of the late great Storm Cat! He was in my care for 4 yrs/owned for 2 yrs. and ALL of his registered offspring (and winners) were due to me. No other foals have been registered to him as sire since 2010/when he left me. If I could find him and get him back...I would in a heartbeat!!
Interests Horses, Animals, Nature, Hiking, Camping, Classical Music, something to dance to, Reading, Comedy, Being a positive influence on others (even if it's just to make people smile/get a reaction out of!)
Favorite Movies Anything Equine, Documentaries, real life stuff, Some action, some spooky, some comedy, not too picky. I especially love stories based on real life (esp love stories-tear jerkers).
Favorite Music Classical, Christian (K-Love), country, some pop, oldies, something to dance to, Celtic Music, bluegrass, jazz..etc. etc. (will use Classical to clear out a room of boring people though when I want to be alone, not many people around me like my stuff, not necessarily a bad thing)
Favorite Books Bible (even though I don't read it as much as I should), Shakespeare, true to life, stories, love stories, science stuff/nature stuff, National Geo, Farmer's Almanac.

If someone out there who lives in Indiana, and knows where my boy (Thoroughbred Stallion, named Cat Ridge) is, please let me know!? I miss him TERRIBLY! An auto accident prevented me from keeping him in 2010.
