Introduction	I currently work in the private equity industry, based in San Francisco. I will manage the portfolio like a hedge fund, from time to time depositing or withdrawing cash from the account, which will be reflected in the various return calculations I display. I am at core a long-term buy and hold equities investor, preferring durable, capital-light businesses, at "good" prices. I also use a number of option strategies to generate low-cost, and often non-recourse leverage, and to capture time-decay. Each trade will be discussed, and I'll keep (and post) detailed records of all transactions. (William Clark is a pseudonym.)
