Introduction	In January, 2008, my Dad had a heart attack. I was 27 years old and weighed 198lbs. I knew that I HAD to do something to avoid being in the exact situation that my Daddy was in. It has been a long road and I expect it to be even longer. I'm not doing anything crazy, I'm being realistic. Most importantly, I am trying to keep my focus on my AWESOME GOD along the way. I am a Mommy of 2 amazing kiddos! This is my journey to becoming a healthier, happier, less busy me. One week, one day, one moment, one choice at a time... ONE AT A TIME.
Interests	God, family, friends, music, singing, hair, making people feel beautiful, children, reading books, weight loss/health, there's too much to list!
Favorite movies	Eat, Pray, Love is my new favorite! Facing the Giants, Fireproof, We Are Marshall, The Help, Courageous, Forrest Gump, Titanic, How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days, any Julia Roberts... pretty much anything but Sci-fi!
Favorite music	No rap or metal... I like to be able to understand and sing along to what I'm listening to. I mostly listen to Contemporary Christian, but not exclusively. Some of my favorite artists are Mandisa, Kathryn Scott, Gavin Degraw, John Mayer, Casting Crowns, Faith Hill, Carrie Underwood, Third Day, Natalie Grant, Switchfoot, and Nicole Nordeman. Crystal Lewis' "Hymns" CD, I've had it since I was a teenager, but it is the best, most relaxing music EVER!!! I love Christmas music and listen to it all year long. I have a Bethany Dillon CD that Lindsey gave me and I love it, too! I'm telling you, there's no way to list it all...
Favorite books	Bible (the book of James is my FAV), The Help, Savannah From Savannah, any Karen Kingsbury or Francine Rivers.
