| Introduction | My name is Zoë and I am in my third semester of my Masters of Natural Resources. After finishing my undergraduate degree in 2013 at Shepherd University in West Virginia, I felt like I still hadn't learned enough or gotten enough focused or specialized education to feel satisfied. I grew up in Front Royal, VA nestled between Shenandoah National Park and George Washington National Forest, and knew that I wanted to protect the outdoors and wildlife since age 3. I work at Sky Meadows State Park in Delaplane, VA doing a little bit of everything from programs to trail building to grounds maintenance and hope to continue working in parks. |
