Introduction	Ironman is addicting. A life long athlete, I've always tried to transfer what I've accomplished in sport to life in general. Sometimes with success, sometimes not. But with Ironman, I've found it's different. I always call on my experience in Ironman and Half-Ironman to break through the difficulties in life and to keep moving.
