| Introduction | I began my education in outdoor and travel education, leading backpacking and bike trips in the US and internationally. I saw the transformative power of this immersive learning but realized this was mostly accessible to more privileged kids. Most of my career since has been dedicated to working to make powerful, meaningful, engaging learning experiences accessible to diverse learners of all ages. |
