Introduction	was started by Belinda Farre Seymour-Wright, an educational psychologist and mom. Having worked in Johannesburg South Africa for over ten years, she relocated to Auckland New Zealand. She worked for 3 years implimenting and supporting a best practice treatment forster care programme for young people with multiple failed placements and challenging behaviour.
