| Introduction | My name is Jennifer. I live in a small central Florida town with my 3 children and husband. I have two amazing, super intelligent and beautiful daughters in college and an extremely adorable and equally as energetic 8 year old son. I work full time as a nurse and part time as a health and fitness coach. I have been a vegan since July 1, 2012 and I honestly can't ever see myself going back to my prior way of eating and living. I've lost 62 pounds and have traded my obesity and poor health for a healthy, active lifestyle. In the past year I have taken an interest in simple vegan cooking.
