| Introduction | I was born in a small house I built with my own two hands. It was a hard life. My mother died 7 months before I was born. We lived in a rich agricultural area in Oklahoma, but right in the heart of "Tormado Alley." Giant funnel clouds would often uproot whole tomato patches, slamming them into the local houses, and giving the entire town a blotched ruddy character. |
