| Introduction | Hi I am an English Guy living in Wales. I have been Working for sometime at losing some weight and at the start of this year I was 20 stone with a 46.5 inch waist. Since February I am now down to 16 stone and a 41 inch waist. And I wanted to discuss what I have been doing and share what I have found and been told. without posting to Facebook. Because we all know those people that tell you about every since work out on their feed but never tell you what they do if anything other than browse a magazine on the treadmill. |
