| Introduction | I am a concerned citizen, and I am attempting to make a positive difference in the black community by increasing the awareness and understanding of the issues that affect us both directly and indirectly. While the issues that I discuss are not isolated to the black community, they tend to have more of an impact on us for a host of reasons. Whether the issue be Biblical, Constitutional, or Political, I am described as conservative. I realize that most black people consider this to be outrageous, but the truth is most Black Americans live and think like a conservative. While this is the case, many of the issues that concern me supersede ideology, but our approach in dealing with these issues will determine if we survive as a nation and how we survive as a people. |
