Introduction	I have many wonderings about developing the necessary 21st century dispositions for all students to achieve and feel success in their lifetimes. As the Principal of a new school, I am passionate about ensuring we are future focused in creating flexible, engaging and stimulating learning environments that meets the diverse needs of every single learner. I always love the opportunity to share and dialogue with colleagues, to push boundaries and current mental models. We are amongst exciting and significant times in education.
