| Introduction | It is time for me to redefine myself after 33 years of being a wife and mother. My husband passed away a year ago and our two beautiful daughters are now grown and independent.....it is time for me to rediscover myself and voyage out into the bold new world of technology. I love spending time with wonderful friends sharing good food and good wine. As with many things in life too much of a good thing is not always good therefore I have recently crossed over to the low carb lifestyle. My hope is this blog will keep me committed to this new lifestyle and allow me to share with family and friends the new foods I am cooking. |
