| Introduction | I am a 23 year-old Spanish teacher in Columbus, Ohio. The unfortunate price of my Master's degree was about 40 pounds of fat. Now I have to lose the weight... again. Undergraduate was bad for my health. By my third year, I tipped the scales at 350 lbs. I all of that weight in graduate school for ROTC, which I left for love. Since then, I have returned to my Army career goals. This blog will document my return to fitness and good health so that I can serve my country. |
