| Introduction | I am partnered to a hearty ,calm and collected person who has a refined palate and a dominating sweet tooth.That triggered a jump start to my zeal for trying and testing recipes until the end result is soul satiating. My saffron striped apron has been my mate while I experimented on various recipes and then it dawned on me that I have a Passion for baking and cooking.So here I am blogging about my passion.I enjoy preparing Indian cuisine.Further additions to that list are Italian,Mexican and Chinese as well.As far as baking goes........I adore baking cookies,cakes,puddings and have tried out umpteen recipes for desserts.In the process,new recipes have evolved and I would like to share it with everyone.The recipes I am parting are made simple and easy resulting in scrumptious, amazing and sophisticated outcomes.You can dissect and review them, henceforth, helping me progress.
