Our New Build - Geneva Q1

Introduction	Hubby and I have started the next phase of our lives as almost empty nesters, with our last child attending university. We have sold the large family home on the outer fringe of Brisbane and purchased an old house 11kms from Brisbane CBD. The house is an old post war circa 1946. After much discussion, consultations with builders and Architect we have decided it is not cost effective to renovate to meet our requirements, so we are knocking down and rebuilding. We have built nine homes in the last twenty five years. From project builders to owner builder, two of the nine homes were built with Plantation Homes and now we will embark on the final build in our lifetime with Plantation again. We trust Plantation to deliver a quality build with our eyes wide open. We have experienced and hurdled the minefields of building along the way and we hope to share our final build experience with you, interstate family and friends as we move through our next build with Plantation.
