| Introduction | Whew...Wow...Humm...Well I am a "busy-body!" Most of my energies and efforts are spent serving others; watching the New Orleans Saints during football season. Who Dat…Drew Dat! All of my employment and volunteer efforts have been towards effecting change in the lives of others and my own life. I have worked in various aspects of the social services arena. However, my most rewarding experience has been parenting. For many years, I was a foster parent. I seem to possess a natural love for people, particularly children. Through parenting, I have lived under the same roof with over 178 children (since 1985). I no longer have children in my care, but I have not relinquished the duties of parenting. My children are all grown up but, we manage remain in touch. Life’s experience has taught me that the most important thing in life is my relationships with the people I say we love; nothing else really matters. |
