Introduction	I'm a mom of 3 great kids ages 11, 15 and 18. I started the balancedchaosblospot.com blog about eight years ago. Much has changed over these years and I wanted to create a space where I'm not just posting family pictures and stories. So I decided to start noticingthelight.blogspot.com as a space for me and this new chapter of my life. I went back to teaching full time two years ago and will be starting a new teaching position, teaching 3rd grade in August. I am no longer with the person I had been with for over 20 years. I have found strength I never knew was within me and insight I hadn't expected to find. I feel strong and loved and secure in a way that only comes from growth and from inside myself. We never know what twists and turns will come in our lives. And learning how to flow with change is really the only way to move forward. And maybe forward isn't even the right word...just continuing to flow in whatever direction the stream of life takes us. I hope to continue to be love and light to my kids, family, friends and students. To new beginnings...
