Introduction	Well let's see; the good folk around me describe me as something of an academician - I am a perpetual learner (Doctoral candidate last time I checked). A wordofile (I hear that's a real word!) - I love words. An educator - I teach. I paint. I write books. A mom - two fabulous, intelligent, extraordinary, expensive, whining - sorry did I stray? - Kids. Born in the UK I emigrated as a psych major to the US, initially as a summer camp counsellor. I settled however and started a family stateside. We had our first son CW whom I refer to as BIg Byte - he is a computer whizz kid. And 5 years later came AC whom I refer to as Li'l Bit because he is a 'mini me' of his big brother with extra special effects. My love for kids, education, reading and all things family lead me to the creation of this inspired blog.
