Introduction	I am happiest when working for my community always in the hope of making a difference for the better. This has seen me involved in many community projects and organisations and my contribution has been very fulfilling for me. I am a great communicator with excellent leadership qualities while being an effective team player. I enjoy challenges and work with dedication and creativity on any tasks that come my way. My career has involved me in education, broadcasting, theatre and the arts generally, politics, public service, heritage and environment, publishing, marketing and motherhood. I have outstanding skills in researching, co-ordinating; managing and marketing projects and I have a compassionate nature which is blended with a strong sense of humour. My skills as a chair of various trusts and local government committees is well known, as is my accomplishment as a public speaker.
