Introduction	I'm a filmmaker and part time student at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco (where I was born). I currently live outside of Seattle, where I recently co-wrote and produced a feature film. The film is titled The Penitent Man and it stars Lance Henriksen and Andrew Keegan. It wrapped filming in early November. It's being released on 20 screens across the country this May. Keep a lookout. I'm currently pursuing a career as a mainstream writer/director of feature films. Right now I am also a student, while working on my own projects and various productions. I write a lot. Other than that, I've just been spending the last two years stumbling around San Francisco and Seattle with friends and getting into various shenanigans.
Interests	Movies, music, politics, and literature among them. I care about the environment. I have an increasingly liberal view of the world, which is at odds with my upbringing. I enjoy the sun. I feel good when I exercise, which is not nearly enough. I love old movies. Aside from film, photography greatly interests me. Maybe it's just because I love the smell of celluloid. I also dig comics. DC/Vertigo over Marvel.

Favorite Books	Favorite books are Life of Pi by Yann Martel, Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte, Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton, Time And Again by Jack Finney, Foundation by Isaac Asimov, The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger, It's Superman! by Tom De Haven, and The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien. Also anything by Richard Matheson, Agatha Christie or Stephen King. Throw in Neil Gaiman and Philip K. Dick as well. I read a TON of screenplays. Some are shit. Some are really good. I'm also a huge fan of comic books: Y: The Last Man, Kingdom Come, Watchmen, The Dark Knight Returns, Batman: The Long Halloween, Daredevil: Born Again, and anything by Will Eisner, Jack Kirby or Alan Moore.
