Which do you prefer and why: whittling with soap or whistling with wood?
I certainly prefer whittling with soap. It's easier to get those "soft" edges, you don't get splinters, and your hands smell lovely when you're finally finished with your latest masterpiece. Although sometimes my hands get sweaty and the whole project melts...
