| Introduction | Ashlea Jonesmith lives with her partner Oliver on an off-grid, recovering clear-cut on Denman Island. They are homesteading there, starting a life from absolute scratch. Ashlea and Oliver practice organic, permaculture gardening methods and try and use local (as in, on site) building materials as much as possible.
