Introduction	I have struggled with weight loss for most of my adult life so far. I have tried many things from starving myself, to weigh loss companies like nutri-system, LA Weightloss, many different gym memberships. Nothing has worked because I never really follow through. . This is my journey, and in it I will share my ups and my downs, and recipes and inspirational pictures, goals reached and things I am aspiring to do along with my exercise routines when I can. I have infinite support from my husband and friends. This time I WILL succeed. This is my journey, my story... I hope I can inspire at least one person to make a change!
