| Favorite music | I love the great songwriters. I am so envious of their talent and so moved by their words and music. I hang on to some of my old favorites, like James Taylor, Joni Mitchell, and Janis Ian for decades and I also find great joy in the new, and brilliant artists, like Jason Mraz, John Mayer, and James Blunt. Looking back over my list of favorite artists just now, I realized, not only must they be prolific poetic geniuses-- having a first name that begins with J seems to be a requisite also. Truly, music is a huge part of my life...from music springs the world... |
