Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Maybe cause Malaysia is so damn hot you don't ever need a scarf or you'll burn to death? P/S, I like wearing a turtle-neck now but I don't own a scarf so I can't comment entirely
