| Introduction | Of Polish/Italian parentage, born in a Polish Army "demob" camp [Wales], spent infancy in Northumberland before moving to Rugeley [Staffordshire] where I lived until January 1974 at which time I took up a two-year teaching contract in Brisbane, Queensland, and somehow stayed on indefinitely. Back in April 2001 we bought a 7½-acre block of land 9kms south of Nanango; a removable house arrived the following May and in 2005 first Fay and then I moved up to the South Burnett permanently |
