| Introduction | Painting and photography for me is a combination of exploration and intuition. My goal is to harmonize the ideas and feelings that evolve in my mind and heart, using my skills, knowledge, and hands to express it on canvas or paper. This is a lifelong journey which I started as a child. As both of my parents were very successful artists I have been saturated with a love of art throughout my entire life. My journey into this fascinating world of self expression allows me to combine my love for my past and my hopes for the future. One of the most compelling dynamics of creating for me is that there is always more to discover. I have enjoyed the different techniques of photography and photo-mixed media, painting with palette knife which allows me to sculpt the oil paint in a very textural and salient way onto the canvas. |
